Welcome to Dotted, operated by Dotted Team ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Dotted app (the "App").

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.

2. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

3. Privacy Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, is incorporated into these Terms. By using our App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Access and Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information any time you register to use our App.
• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the App and for any activities or actions under your password.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. Should you suspect that your password has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.

5. Intellectual Property The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Dotted Team and its licensors.

6. Use Restrictions You are specifically restricted from:

• Publishing any App material in any media without our prior written consent.
• Using the App in any way that is, or may be, damaging to the App.
• Using the App in any way that impacts user access to the App.
• Using the App contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in a way that causes, or may cause, harm to the App, or to any person or business entity.

7. Termination We may terminate or suspend access to our App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability In no event shall Dotted Team, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

9. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kazakhstan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
